If you chose the ‘worry more’ option, whoops too bad you’re calling the energy to yourself; If you chose ‘what has to be done of them’, you’re wise, you’re capable, you are using your time and effort in the right place

Wise Master vs Worry Master!

But lets be honest here, you or me or most of us tend to ‘worry more’ and it’s natural to do so
However, one thing that most of us don’t know is that worrying too much in itself is a problem that has the potential to give rise to numerous more. It seems like the hardest thing to stop worrying but here are a few simple ways to do so:
1. MaKe 2 lists A & B: Count your blessings and write them on A and then, Count your worries and write on B
100%sure that In no time you’ll realize the former (A) list is longer than the latter(B)!
2. Ask yourself if you think anything worse could happen. Now since you’re in the midst of million problems it’s very unlikely for something even bad to happen. So calm yourself down, you are gonna be fine!
3. This may seem a cliche, but know two important things: first, everything happens for a reason. And second, Times change; good, bad, awesome, worst, times change no matter what. So if you’re in the worst times; dont worry you’ll make it through, brighter and better than ever
