There is a saying, ‘Eyes are the windows to the soul.’ It means, mostly, people can see through someone else by eye contact in seven seconds.
I have a habit that if I meet a kid, baby I don’t know, what they r thinking, or feeling ?
I simply show pure love and happiness that radiates and bounces back with smile

Everyone may not be as per your expectations but they do have some good virtues for sure and when your eyes are trying to find those good virtues, you will surely able to spot them .

Respecting others’ privacy

One of the most common issue, we all have ups and downs.

Sometimes we fall and sometimes we rise and sometimes we just want to share our feelings with someone to feel relaxed and light

But many times, the trust is not seen when told, they try to talk to others about what has been confidesd to them with or without knowledge of the whole matter

That’s why half knowledge is dangerous and might lead to unwanted issues. If you can’t keep in your mind, or stomach tell that person please don’t discuss your personal issues with me in a very polite and sincere way. Helping and healing has to be trustful, confidential and respectful.

We may think that’s it’s ok to share with just one more person, that person shares it with one more person and the chain grows on until a full circle to come back to that innocent soul who confided in you for support. Yes, we may not be able to help them out of the issue but there are two things we can do even if have or don’t have problems of our own & they are:

Give a light of hope and after each night there is sunrise ❤️
  • Lend an ear, lend a support : you’d be as good as you would if you lend support just by lending an ear and listening to their problems
  • Positive thoughts and vibes come in abundance: if anyone is lacking them, share them, as they cost you nothing but bring in happiness for both of you.

Life itself is a blessing ❤️ change is constant, to grow upward, uplift, value is the key to your own happiness

Starting your day by expressing gratitude to the 3 Gs which are God ,Guru, & Great parents, then moving further, being generous to any and all living beings whom you may meet as your day progresses and lastly, being graceful in whatever you do, doing your work following your principals and being kind to everyone is what will make you graceful

One wants to do hundred things in no time and at the same time, he wants to be the best in all the hundred. But, just think of it, how practical is it? Amidst running in a hundred different directions, are you able to give your best in at least one?

The answer is, mostly not! Because you’re too busy moving from one thing to another in no time that you are not able to sustain and fulfill even one to its fullest.

Now just imagine, a hundred people running in a hundred places each, what less than chaos is it going to be and then each of us complain, complain about the work we’re doing, the people we’re around and the life we’re living.

But who to blame, since all of us are doing the exact same thing of building the situations and whining about them ourselves. Our main aim should be living life. Even if it means to do just one thing at a time, doing it to the fullest and enrichment through the process of doing it, it’s a hundred percent worth it

Better communication = best comprehension!💕💫💕


Communication, the simple act of transferring information from one soul to another. Every communication involves (at least) a sender, a recipient and a message.. these include our emotions, cultural situations or circumstances, the medium used to communicate, and even our location.

Here’s when I communicated with pets as i told them give me a smile and wanted to click their picture.
Astonishingly, they actually did, what matters here are your intentions, and vibes even though their language is not known to us and vice versa.

Communication is the best solution to any problem, issue or trouble or even a great tool otherwise if you don’t have any. It is also the beautiful remedy mental health issues.🗣️👥


Being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the most important of all life skills as it is what enables us to pass information to other people, and understand what is said to us.
This also leads to good understanding and great bonding🎶💫🎶💕🎶🎶💕
