Why do you procrastinate?

    How to overcome this?
  • change your place to change energy instantly
  • Revisit the purpose of the task you’re procrastinating; whether its a presentation you have to make, a drawer you have to clean, a workout you have to manage time for or a homework you have to complete
  • Its a natural human tendency to be most pro active under stressful/ last minute situations: try to create an atmosphere where you set your deadlines ahead of your time. For example, if the deadline for you presentation is in 3 days, think of it as a 2 day deadline and keep thinking of your deadline in 2 days instead of 3. This way you’re programming your mind to give you the last minute stress and finish earlier while you will still have time before the actual deadline and will feel relaxed after your work is done instead of a delayed and panicked process
  • Reiki helps to switch mind to good energy and back to your commitments.

Even while training a pet we say ..wow Very Good, nice…they understand the feel and energy in listening to our words.


Many times when you feel confused, hurt or frustrated; emotionally, we lose words and behaviour! (TIP: try to keep your words to yourself as In those times, words only create more miscommunication.)

But lets be honest here, you or me or most of us tend to ‘worry more’ and it’s natural to do so
However, one thing that most of us don’t know is that worrying too much in itself is a problem that has the potential to give rise to numerous more. It seems like the hardest thing to stop worrying but here are a few simple ways to do so:
1. MaKe 2 lists A & B: Count your blessings and write them on A and then, Count your worries and write on B
100%sure that In no time you’ll realize the former (A) list is longer than the latter(B)!
2. Ask yourself if you think anything worse could happen. Now since you’re in the midst of million problems it’s very unlikely for something even bad to happen. So calm yourself down, you are gonna be fine!
3. This may seem a cliche, but know two important things: first, everything happens for a reason. And second, Times change; good, bad, awesome, worst, times change no matter what. So if you’re in the worst times; dont worry you’ll make it through, brighter and better than ever

Let’s be Grateful , gratitude towards God and Guru and Divine energy which helps us to grow up everyday .

Cats and Reiki

Spending time with cats and kittens gives a big smile and energises us to be happy

It’s was a give and take relations, cuddling and playing with them was a fun time, happy time and giving back reiki to them was a calmness and relaxed feeling in them.

Spending time with them was a great experience, we can understand each other vibes ,They can feel when you are upset and they want to comfort you. They are very emotional animals that love to be held and cuddled with. They are so many reasons why cats are cool.
