Wise Master vs Worry Master!
But lets be honest here, you or me or most of us tend to ‘worry more’ and it’s natural to do so However, one thing that most of us don’t know is that worrying too much in itself is a problem that has the potential to give rise to numerous more. It seems like the hardest thing to stop worrying but here are a few simple ways to do so: 1. MaKe 2 lists A & B: Count your blessings and write them on A and then, Count your worries and write on B 100%sure that In no time you’ll realize the former (A) list is longer than the latter(B)! 2. Ask yourself if you think anything worse could happen. Now since you’re in the midst of million problems it’s very unlikely for something even bad to happen. So calm yourself down, you are gonna be fine! 3. This may seem a cliche, but know two important things: first, everything happens for a reason. And second, Times change; good, bad, awesome, worst, times change no matter what. So if you’re in the worst times; dont worry you’ll make it through, brighter and better than ever

One of the most common issue, we all have ups and downs.
Sometimes we fall and sometimes we rise and sometimes we just want to share our feelings with someone to feel relaxed and light
But many times, the trust is not seen when told, they try to talk to others about what has been confidesd to them with or without knowledge of the whole matter
That’s why half knowledge is dangerous and might lead to unwanted issues. If you can’t keep in your mind, or stomach tell that person please don’t discuss your personal issues with me in a very polite and sincere way. Helping and healing has to be trustful, confidential and respectful.
We may think that’s it’s ok to share with just one more person, that person shares it with one more person and the chain grows on until a full circle to come back to that innocent soul who confided in you for support. Yes, we may not be able to help them out of the issue but there are two things we can do even if have or don’t have problems of our own & they are:
Lend an ear, lend a support : you’d be as good as you would if you lend support just by lending an ear and listening to their problems
Positive thoughts and vibes come in abundance: if anyone is lacking them, share them, as they cost you nothing but bring in happiness for both of you.
Majortiy of us have a habit to scan anyone by their voice, words, behaviour and reactions and pass or tag the the person, how they are and easily pass judgements on them.🤔
All the time, just being judgemental about others can make our insecurities and self-esteem even worse. It can get to the point where you’re making so many judgments that it’s hard to feel gratitude, which is when the judgments become extremely harmful for your own happiness and well-being.
stop Judging, start focusing on self and self growth. its so normal we love judging others and hate others judgements about us. Those who constantly believe in proving right and wrong, dont have happy energy and stay in stress and complain.
• you’re critiquing other by others opinions is not right ! you will also critique yourself, often even more harshly.
Accepting and appreciating the good in others, whether it’s in their actions, appearance, relationships, etc., will help you accept and appreciate the good in you.
Our Way Of Thinking Needs TO BE POSITIVILY ENRICHED
We need to overhaul our THOUGHTS MAKING MACHINERY so that its output becomes too affectionate and positivity enriched.Finding faults with others damages our innerself and thus results in dirty outcome. Doing Meditation and listening to Sadhguru our Thoughts ,Making Machine installed in our brain. DO good, Think Good AND Get Good.

One wants to do hundred things in no time and at the same time, he wants to be the best in all the hundred. But, just think of it, how practical is it? Amidst running in a hundred different directions, are you able to give your best in at least one?
The answer is, mostly not! Because you’re too busy moving from one thing to another in no time that you are not able to sustain and fulfill even one to its fullest.
Now just imagine, a hundred people running in a hundred places each, what less than chaos is it going to be and then each of us complain, complain about the work we’re doing, the people we’re around and the life we’re living.
But who to blame, since all of us are doing the exact same thing of building the situations and whining about them ourselves. Our main aim should be living life. Even if it means to do just one thing at a time, doing it to the fullest and enrichment through the process of doing it, it’s a hundred percent worth it
