Let eyes talk and be careful in using words, wishing and taking and oath in life…you never know how it will end up or come in..
To make the other person feel how you feel, sometimes you have to find ways, other than your words. Words can carry different emotions Words can Heal, words can hurt, words can motivate or can demotivate….
Even while training a pet we say ..wow Very Good, nice…they understand the feel and energy in listening to our words.
Many times when you feel confused, hurt or frustrated; emotionally, we lose words and behaviour! (TIP: try to keep your words to yourself as In those times, words only create more miscommunication.)
One of the most common issue, we all have ups and downs.
Sometimes we fall and sometimes we rise and sometimes we just want to share our feelings with someone to feel relaxed and light
But many times, the trust is not seen when told, they try to talk to others about what has been confidesd to them with or without knowledge of the whole matter
That’s why half knowledge is dangerous and might lead to unwanted issues. If you can’t keep in your mind, or stomach tell that person please don’t discuss your personal issues with me in a very polite and sincere way. Helping and healing has to be trustful, confidential and respectful.
We may think that’s it’s ok to share with just one more person, that person shares it with one more person and the chain grows on until a full circle to come back to that innocent soul who confided in you for support. Yes, we may not be able to help them out of the issue but there are two things we can do even if have or don’t have problems of our own & they are:
Lend an ear, lend a support : you’d be as good as you would if you lend support just by lending an ear and listening to their problems
Positive thoughts and vibes come in abundance: if anyone is lacking them, share them, as they cost you nothing but bring in happiness for both of you.
